Yes. A family member, caregiver or concerned person can request a Quality of Life Check for a senior.
What info do I need when booking?
Basic information about the senior, the reason for the visit, and the best way to reach the right person.
How soon can an Advocate visit?
Timing depends on the senior’s situation, location, and Advocate availability.
What happens after I book?
An Advocate will review the request and confirm the next steps before the visit.
