The Child Development Program in Kenya is a holistic initiative aimed at improving the well-being, growth, and potential of children in both urban and communities.
Early Childhood
At the heart of the program is Early Childhood Development, targeting children between the ages of 0 to 5 years. It focuses on foundational brain development, emotional nurturing, and early learning.
Through community-based ECD centers, children receive age-appropriate stimulation, structured play, balanced meals, and regular health checks. Parents are also trained in responsive caregiving and positive parenting practices.
Education Access
The program ensures that school-age children have access to quality education by providing school fees subsidies, uniforms, learning materials, and mentorship. Special emphasis is placed on girl-child education and children with disabilities.
Nutrition & Health
Nutrition is a cornerstone of the program, with consistent feeding schemes established in ECD centers and primary schools. Malnutrition screenings are conducted regularly, followed by treatment and dietary supplementation where necessary.

Caring for seamless blend of creativity and strategy, ensuring every design not only looks beautiful but also delivers impactful

Child Protection
Recognizing the vulnerabilities that children face, especially in poverty-stricken and marginalized areas, the program implements child protection mechanisms. Trained community workers and social workers monitor for abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
Life Skills & Youth
For adolescents and young adults, the program offers life skills training, vocational education, digital literacy, and entrepreneurship workshops. These efforts aim to equip youth with skills for employment and self-reliance.
Community
Community ownership and parental participation are critical. Regular caregiver forums, parenting classes, and home visits ensure families are fully involved in their children’s development. Caregivers receive training in nutrition, hygiene.
Monitoring
The program utilizes robust monitoring and evaluation systems to track child development outcomes. Data collection tools and digital dashboards are used to assess performance in education, health, nutrition, and protection.
Regional Impact
Operating across several counties in Kenya—including Kisumu, Kakamega, Nairobi, Turkana, and Kilifi—the Child Development Program has reached thousands of children and families.
Sustainability
The program's sustainability is ensured through partnerships with national and county governments, donor agencies, local NGOs, and private sector.

Seniors Aging
Medical Center
ABOUT US
A medical center should provide answers, treatment, and hope—not add confusion or distress that can affect a senior’s overall quality of life: happiness, health, independence, and environment
Happiness
A medical center can bring comfort and hope by showing a senior that help is available. Long waits, little reassurance, or being left alone during a frightening moment can instead increase fear, sadness, and emotional distress.
Health
Doctors, nurses, tests, and treatments can identify illness and begin the healing process. Delayed attention, medication errors, missed symptoms, or poor discharge instructions may cause added pain, complications, or a return to the hospital.
Independence
Seniors can remain involved by asking questions, understanding their options, and making informed choices about treatment. Speaking over them, dismissing their concerns, or making decisions without their input can take away their voice and control.
Environment
A clean, calm, and properly equipped medical setting can support rest and recovery. Crowded rooms, excessive noise, poor sanitation, limited privacy, or fall hazards can make the experience uncomfortable and unsafe.

Aging with an Advocate
A medical visit can feel overwhelming when a senior is sick, in pain, or unsure about what is happening. An Advocate stays beside the senior, helps them express their concerns, and makes sure important questions are not left unanswered.
Better Care
A wrong diagnosis, delayed test, medication error, or treatment that does not match the senior’s needs can place their health at greater risk. We raise care concerns, ask for clear explanations, and help ensure the medical team responds properly.

Stronger Protection
A senior may feel pressured into a decision, treated without respect, or discharged before it is safe to leave. We help protect their rights, document serious concerns, and speak up if their safety is being overlooked.
Dependable Support
Hospital stays and medical visits can leave families confused about the senior’s condition or what happens next. We help keep the right people informed and make sure the senior has someone present during an uncertain time.
Essential Services
Recovery may depend on medical equipment, transportation, prescriptions, home health care, or a safe place to recover. We help arrange the services needed after the senior leaves the medical center.
Ongoing Advocacy
Medical concerns often continue beyond one appointment or hospital stay. We track referrals, test results, follow-up visits, and changes in the senior’s condition so important next steps are not forgotten.
